2019 Park Lane 43 x 14 3 bedrooms

The Park Lane embraces all things contemporary with its kitchen styling and crisp colour scheme throughout the lounge, kitchen and dining area.

Light floods in through a large kitchen window and a bank of integrated kitchen appliances free up plenty of space for food preparation.

There is lots of space in the dining area which has a new accent wall. The breakfast bar is nicely situated on the edge of the lounge creating a good social flow through all the areas.

The bedrooms are high end and you would be forgiven for thinking you were spending every night in a plush hotel.

The master bedroom in the 2 bedroom model has a walk in wardrobe, large dressing table and a trendy vanity chair.

The bathroom in both the 2 and 3 bedroom models has amazing storage space and a bath with the option to change this to a shower if required. The new plank effect ceiling runs all the way through from the lounge to the bedrooms.

Canexel Cladding

Canexel is available throughout the model range in 5 different colours.

Vinyl Cladding

Vinyl is available throughout the model range in cream, sand or environmental green.

Aluminium Cladding

Aluminium is available throughout the model range in seafoam, sandstone and environmental green.

Timber Cladding

Pemberton use European Redwood which is selected from a certified supply chain with FFC and PEC Certification. More specific advice can be obtained from the park owner.
